APPLICATION

Quad Rings are ideal for both static and dynamic sealing applications. They are commonly used in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, valves, pumps, and rotary shafts where high sealing reliability is required. Their design makes them suitable for high-speed, high-pressure, and reciprocating motion systems, as well as environments with abrasive or contaminated media.

INSTALLATION

Quad Rings should be installed carefully to prevent damage to the sealing lips. Use proper assembly tools and lubrication compatible with the seal material. Ensure the groove and shaft are clean and free from sharp edges to avoid cutting or nicking the seal. During installation, avoid excessive stretching or uneven placement that could compromise sealing performance.
